RULE 01
QUOTES AND PRICING
All quotes are free. Photo and phone quotes are estimates; the final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins. No work starts until you approve the number. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at the truck.
RULE 02
WHAT WE HAUL
Furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, garage and estate contents, and general household junk. If it’s not nailed down and two people can move it, it’s probably in scope. Not sure? Text a photo to the hotline.
RULE 03
WHAT WE DON’T HAUL
Hazardous materials are off-limits: wet paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, and ammunition. We can point you to the right local disposal program for these items.
RULE 04
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
Same-day and same-week windows available. Life happens — cancel or reschedule any time before the crew is en route at no charge. Just call or text the hotline.

DISPOSAL AND DONATION
Usable items are donated where possible, metals and electronics are recycled through certified facilities, and only true junk goes to the landfill. Electronics are handled in compliance with the Illinois landfill ban.
